EDUCATION

Graduated from the Faculty of Physics, Mathematics and Informatics of Osh State University in 2001 with a degree in Mathematics and Informatics.
Studied at the Interuniversity Military Faculty of Osh Technological University from 1998 to 2000 and graduated as a reserve officer.
From 2005 to 2008, completed postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Tomsk State University, specializing in Computational Mathematics.

SCIENTIFIC ACTIVITIES

On December 25, 2008, successfully defended his Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences dissertation at the Dissertation Council of Tomsk State University in the specialty 05.13.01 – System Analysis, Information Management and Processing. The dissertation topic was:
“Optimization of Recurrent Models of Time Series Based on B-Splines of the 2nd and 3rd Orders”.
On October 13, 2014, by Order No. 562/nk-2 of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, he was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor in the specialty 05.13.01 – System Analysis, Information Management and Processing.
Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Associate Professor in the specialty 05.13.01 – System Analysis, Information Management and Processing.
Currently the author of more than 110 educational-methodological and scientific works, including:
- 11 educational and methodological manuals
- 99 scientific articles and conference theses

Awarded an Honorary Certificate by the Honorary Consul of the Kyrgyz Republic in Tomsk and Tomsk Region, Russian Federation (2018), for active participation in public activities and leadership of the youth wing of the Kyrgyz diaspora in Tomsk.
